The draft document prescribes that it is enough for foreign citizens and stateless persons to fill out a questionnaire of the staying. Previously, it was necessary to provide a negative PCR test result.

They plan to organize the practice of selective testing for COID-19 at airports and at checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation.
