The item will be removed, according to which Russian citizens arriving in the country are required to pass a PCR test requirement within three calendar days from the date of arrival.
The clause that requires employers to inform employees about the PCR test upon arrival and to observe isolation mode until the results are ready is recognized as invalid.
The draft document prescribes that it is enough for foreign citizens and stateless persons to fill out a questionnaire of the staying. Previously, it was necessary to provide a negative PCR test result.
They plan to organize the practice of selective testing for COID-19 at airports and at checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation.
