Das Call-Center für ausländische Touristen wird in Moskau eröffnet

The Committee on Tourism and Hospitality Management has launched a call-center for foreign tourists who comes to Moscow, – reports the news agency RIA Novosti. The operators of the center will help the visitors to navigate the routes and sights of Moscow.

The Phone numbers of call-center are: 8-800-220-00-01 and 8-800-220-00-02. Help will be available in English and Russian.

Referral Service provides information on addresses, methods of travel, transportation, availability of tickets. Also, the specialists will help you navigate in an emergency, call the police, ambulance, contact Ministry of Internal Affairs, FSB, or MES.

The information on call-center will be available at special counters at airports, as well as leaflets distributed in hotels in the city.

Now in our Help Center there are 12 operators who have received the appropriate certificates and have experience in the tourism sector, in the future the number will be increased. Also soon, it is planned to expand the number of languages in which the operators will communicate with tourists.
