The Times reported that the UK government plans to extend the ban on international flights until July. It is also mentioned that a new fine of up to 5 thousand pounds sterling for those travelling overseas.

A vote of the deputies on this issue is scheduled for March 25. It is believed that the proposals will be approved, then the new rules will come into force on March 29.

The publication clarifies that until June 30, travel abroad will remain banned.

Exceptions are travel for work, study, medical treatment, marriage, attending a wedding of a close relative, moving or selling real estate.

Now foreigners who enter the country are required to quarantine for 10 days. They are also required to pass three tests for coronavirus – one before entry, two after arrival, on the second and eighth day of self-isolation.

Since January 4, quarantine has been in effect on the territory of England, which began to weaken from March 8. In the country, the authorities plan to open shops that do not sell essential goods, hairdressers and beauty salons, as well as gyms from April 12. Restaurants and pubs will reopen from May 17; the remaining restrictions will be lifted from June 21.
