Die russische Botschaft in den Niederlanden akzeptiert keine Besucher
The Russian Embassy in the Netherlands has stopped receiving visitors since February 20 due to reduction of Russian diplomats.
Due to the decision of the Dutch authorities to reduce staff of the Russian Embassy in The Hague, the Russian embassy announced cancellation of documents’ acceptance on previously issued records from February 20th.
Appeals on pension issues to Russia, admission without an appointment are also terminated. The previously agreed visits to serve persons with disabilities will be made.
Dutch Foreign Minister Wopke Hoekstra announced a limit on the number of Russian diplomats.
Hoekstra also added that the authorities of the Netherlands decided to close the trade mission of the Russian Federation in Amsterdam.
The Consulate General of the Netherlands has temporarily suspended work in St. Petersburg.
Russia will respond to the decision of the Dutch authorities to reduce the number of Russian diplomats in the country.
