Mit dem MFA in Russland wird ein gemeinsamer Tarif für russische Visa eingeführt
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs introduces new common visa fees for foreigners. The order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia No. 24320 dated the 17th of December “On approval of the unique method of calculating of the rates to reimburse the actual costs associated with the commission of consular actions” will come into force on the 3rd of February.
“Now the common rates of visa fees are set for foreign citizens and stateless persons around the world: single-entry visa — $80, double-entry visa — $128, multiple-entry visa — $240”, — said the Ministry.
It is necessary to emphasize that for some countries, with which Russia has visa agreements, the rate will be determined separately.
In case of urgent issuance of visas, a double rate will be charged. If the bilateral agreement with the country provides for a special cost of visas, the calculation will be in accordance with the documents. We are talking about the EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Japan and China. They pay the fees defined in the agreement.
Now there are different tariff rates for citizens of different countries, which are based on the reciprocity and correspond to the cost of visas for Russian citizens in each country.
