Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova proposed to discuss an opening of international flights after July 15. It means a gradual return to normal life amid the coronavirus pandemic. At the same time, the basis must be the principle of reciprocity, Tatyana Golikova emphasized.

Flights will resume only in those countries where average incidence rate is below 40 cases per 100,000 population within 14 days. Every two weeks the list of such countries will be renewed.

Also, for entry into Russia, foreigners must provide a certificate of negative coronavirus test received at least three days before arrival. At the same time, quarantine for two weeks is canceled. As for Russian citizens, 14-days quarantine can be maintained.

It was previously reported that Russia will open air borders to other countries in two stages.

Russia’s consumer safety sent to the Transport Ministry and the Federal Air Transport Agency a list of 13 countries. This list includes the countries that Russia could restart flights to at the first stage: Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Finland, Vietnam, China, Mongolia, Sri Lanka.
