Russland kann die Visa Regelungen für einige Länder abbrechen

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to examine a number of documents to liberalize the entry and the employment of foreign citizens into the country.

In particular, the decision in due to expand the list of ports, through which cruise ships can come into the country till February 1.

A draft decree regulating the entry of foreign citizens participating in international sporting, scientific and cultural events will be created till December 1.

Besides it was decided “to review the practice of application of the rules on visa regime for foreign citizens and submit propositions providing for the possibility of visa-free entry and short stay in the territory of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens arriving to Russia for the purpose of tourism (including transit) from countries BRICS (Brazil, India, China, South Africa), and from other countries, the list of which is approved by the Russian Government”, – said the agency “TASS”.

The other measure designed to help to promote Russia on the global tourism market will be the creation of common mechanisms for the permanent presence of Russian tourism products in the world and in Russian media. The network of tourist information centers will be developed in Russia, the routes for tourist buses will be optimized, the system of parking at railway stations, ports will be planned etc.

Foreign citizens working in the tourism sector will be able to get the benefits of employment in Russia. It is necessary to “consider the possibility of simplifying the procedure for the temporary employment of foreign workers in the service sector and ensuring of tourist activities.”
