Abkommen zwischen Russland und Weißrussland über die gegenseitige Anerkennung von Visa

Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said that in Minsk it is planned to sign an agreement on mutual visa recognition between Russia and Belarus.

During video conference for development of relations between Russia and Belarus, Andrei Rudenko said that formation of single migration space of the Union State is an important area. Agreement on mutual visa recognition as part of the visit of the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to Minsk on June 19 will be important step.

This agreement on mutual visa recognition will provide legal conditions for movement of third-country nationals in the Union State with one visa, which they will receive in Belarus or in Russia.

When document comes into force, foreigners will not need to receive two visas to stay in Belarus and in Russia. Under the agreement, foreign citizens who have Belarusian visas will be able to enter Russia and vice versa, holders of Russian visas will be allowed to enter Belarus.
