Russland und Kroatien haben Visaregelung vereinfacht
March 31, 2013 an agreement between Russia and Croatia on mutual trips of citizens of the two countries entered into force, which was signed in March 2010 in Moscow, – informs the Russian MFA. The agreement, among other things, includes simplified procedure for issuing of single visas valid for up to 90 days based on direct invitations from the host organization.
New visa rules apply to official delegations, businessmen, members of scientific conferences, symposia, cultural events, as well as school and university students participating in exchange programs and participants of the international sports festivals. And businessmen, who regularly visit on the labor question the country participating in the agreement, can get multiple-entry visas for up to one year.
In addition, the agreement regulates the time frames in which the visa should be issued. Thus, the single entry work visas will be issued within five working days, and multiple up to fourteen days. However, one can request the urgent visa within one day in the event of unforeseen circumstances of the applicant.
