Die Reisen von Touristen nach Russland scheiterte der durch den Betrieb von Visa Center

About 2 dozens tourists from France refused a journey to Russia the last week. The Association of Tour operators of Russia reports that it occurred because of incompetent operation of the Russian visa center in Paris.

The Russian visa center was opened June 5 this year. As organizers have announced, the center was designed to facilitate operation of consulate and to accelerate the process of visa issuance and execution of documents.

However, in the opinion of tourists, the level of service at visa center swiftly worsens from the moment of opening. So, the manual of center refuses to take the liability for the time of passports issuance with visas and even for their safety. Also extortion cases were set.

“The French tourists have started to refuse journeys to Russia. In particular, journey of the French cosmonauts and also journey of the head of the Renault Sport company who planned to visit our country in order to organize the first stage of the races Formula Renault for the first time in Russia were upset”, – RIA Novosti cites missive of ATOR.

ATOR sent the missive about the current situation to Russia Federal Agency for Tourism. The vice-president of Association Vladimir Kantorovich noted similar relation to tourists is inadmissible, especially now when development of tourist sector in Russia became one of government priority tasks.
