Fahrlässige Arbeitgeber der Quote für ausländische Arbeitnehmer entzogen werden
Moscow authorities will be able to withdraw the granted quota to employ foreign workers in Russia, if the employer who receives quota is caught out in violation of the Russian legislation and the Labour Code, – informs the agency “RIA Novosti”.
As Deputy Mayor for Social Development Leonid Pechatnikov noted out in his speech, now the quantity of quota for foreign workers in the capital decreased from 250 to 200 thousand people, compared with 2010.
“We carried out a check and found out that nearly 60% of employers that have applied for the quota did not comply with the requirements of the law at all or just partially. We have identified the worst lawbreakers and decided that from 100,000 of allocated quota I will write a letter to withdraw 13.5 thousand quotas. So next Wednesday, they can be recalled”, – noted Leonid Pechatnikov.
For another 20 thousand permits the employers fulfilled the requirements only partially. And they have one month to correct the situation, after which a decision on quotas allocated to them will be taken.
In particular, the employers are obliged to provide the foreign workers with accommodations, as well as from January 2013, the employer is obliged to pay the treatment of their employees, sending money to the voluntary insurance fund for migrant workers.
