Medwedew betonte die Unzulässigkeit der Bildung von ausländischen Enklaven
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev noted the inadmissibility of the enclaves of foreign citizens in Russia, – said the “ITAR-TASS” news agency.
“It is important to avoid the negative manifestations of any kind, including the formation of foreign enclaves. This is a negative development”, – said the prime minister. Since the beginning of the year around 8 million people arrived to the country. The majority of them are people with low professional qualifications and poor knowledge of Russian language. And because the migration is permanent, we need to learn to cope with these difficulties.
As noted at the meeting of government by the head of FMS Konstantin Romodanovsky, about 10 million foreigners are currently living in Russia, – informs the agency “RIA Novosti”, while only 17% of them have issued employment contracts in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Federation. 32,000 of these 17% are highly qualified foreign specialists.
To form and organize migration in Russia, in June this year Vladimir Putin approved the Concept of State Migration Policy, designed until 2025. Much of it is devoted to the fight against illegal migration.
