Die Einreise nach Russland wird für die Rugby-Anhänger vereinfacht werden
The entry to Russia will be simplified for foreign tourists and spectators who come to Russia for the 2013 World Cup Rugby-7, – the agency “R-Sport” quotes the announcement of the President of Russian rugby Federation Vyacheslav Kopev.
The competitions will be held in Moscow from 28 to 30 June next year and will be the last before the Olympic debut in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
As Kopev announced, the documents on the preparation of the regime simplification have already been sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The procedure of notification of Russian embassies and consulates around the world is also approved, as the general tour operator, who is involved into the program of the visa regime simplification. As the competition organizers hope it will attract more foreign fans.
More closely the question of the visa regime between Russia and the EU will be discussed to the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014. In May 2012 the Russian permanent representative in the EU Vladimir Chizhov noted that the start date of the Olympics is naturally suited to the final abolition of visas between Russia and Europe.
