From January 1, 2013, in Russia and the countries of the Customs Union the new simplified rules of carriage and registrations of vehicles owned by foreigner and imported for personal use will be applied. Now, crossing the border on the car registered in another country, a foreigner will need to fill in only one declaration. The driver is now not obligated to declare the export of the same vehicle from Russian territories –it will be enough to show the filled declaration at the customs. Read
