The foreigners who have broken the law will be fined in a new fashion

The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has introduced a bill to the State Duma, which optimizes the process of fine's imposing of foreigners to be expelled from the country for violation of legislation.

The draft law “On amendments to article 32.2 of the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offences”, and article 46 of the Federal Law “On executive process” was developed by the Ministry and approved at a Government meeting on 27 June.

“The document is prepared with a view of increase of efficiency of execution of court orders about collecting the administrative penalties imposed on foreign citizens or persons without citizenship with their simultaneous banishment of the Russian Federation”, – a site of RBC cites materials of the government.

The law, which operates today, provides imposing of penalty until 30 days from the moment of pronouncement of the decision. However, to instant the foreign citizen already is outside the Russian Federation, therefore to influence on execution of the decision it is impossible more often.

The new law provides for direction of decision of the compulsory imposing of penalties within 24 hours after the entry into force of the decision.

According to Federal Bailiff service of Russia, in 2012 have received more than 17 thousand decisions about administrative deportation of foreigners, thus each third penalty under these decisions has remained not paid.
