Slovenia issues tourist visas to Russians from November 19

Submission of documents for obtaining a visa is possible only through the VFS Global Visa Application Center.

The Slovenian Embassy in Moscow announced on website that issuance of all types of visas to Russians has resumed since November 19.

To enter the country, Russian citizens must provide one of the following certificates: negative PCR test taken 72 hours in advance or negative rapid antigen test submitted no more than 48 hours ago, also a certificate of transferred disease, a digital EU DCC certificate with a QR code. Tourists can also provide a COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

The PCR test is valid when performed in an EU Member State, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Turkey, Canada, New Zealand, Russia, Serbia, United Kingdom or the United States. Document must be in English and contain the tourist's passport details.
