Slovenia allowed entry for Russian citizens
The Slovenian authorities allowed opening of borders for citizens from Schengen countries and Russian citizens in a test mode. Citizens should have a certificate of a negative PCR test for coronavirus made 2 days before the trip. Also, analysis must be submitted in one of the Russian laboratories approved by the Ministry of Health of Slovenia.
Slovenia will allow entry to foreign citizens who have had coronavirus. It is necessary to present certificate with positive test result for COVID-19, which was taken 21 days before the trip and no earlier than 6 months.
Ruling states that person who has provided coronavirus vaccination certificate confirming that at least 14 days have passed since the second dose was received for Biontech / Pfizer, Moderna, and at least 21 days for AstraZeneca, can enter the country.
From February 13, checkpoints have been opened at internal borders of the country, on roads and railways.
