Russia to resume air traffic with five countries
The emergency response center to prevent the import and spread of the novel coronavirus infection on the territory of Russia announced that Russia is resuming regular reciprocal air traffic with Iceland, Malta, Mexico, Portugal and Saudi Arabia starting May 25, 2021. Information about this decision can be found on website of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 14, 2021.
Also, the number of regular flights with South Korea, Finland and Japan is increasing from this number. International flights from the airports of Omsk, Syktyvkar, Chelyabinsk, Magnitogorsk and Ulan-Ude will again be restored.
Frequency of flights from Moscow will be different and on a reciprocal basis. To Reykjavik and Valletta – twice a week; to Cancun, Lisbon and Jeddah – three times a week.
