Russia will issue long-term visas to businessmen from the EU
During the speech at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum Dmitry Medvedev said that Russia is ready to issue long-term visas for investors and entrepreneurs, having a big business in the country.
The President noted that Russia seeks after visa-free regime with EU countries. Long-term visas will be another demonstration of Russia's willingness to work towards a unique European space.
“We are ready not only to show a good faith to resolve this issue, but also quite concrete steps. Therefore, we will open the possibility of obtaining long-term visas for all investors and entrepreneurs who have substantial business in Russia. Including, of course, and those involved in the projects of innovation center “Skolkovo” and an international financial center in Moscow”, – news agencies quote the words of the President Medvedev.
