Japan lifted coronavirus restrictions for tourists
The representative of the Japanese government informed that in Japan from October 11, restriction on the entry of tourists ceased to operate. This restriction was introduced to prevent spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
In addition travelers from countries with which Japan had a visa-free agreement before pandemic will no longer be required visas. The entry limit of 50,000 people a day is being lifted. The restriction on entry for tourists only on group tours is cancelled. The issuance of visas has been resumed.
Quarantine is canceled in specially designated places or in a hotel and at home. Tourists can use public transport.
