Croatia simplified entry for some tourists from Russia

Croatia from October 1 simplified entry for some Russian tourists vaccinated with “Sputnik-V”, they do not need to present the results of the PCR test. Also, tourists who were ill with COVID-19 when entering the country can provide information about the transferred coronavirus infection from the Public Services. They will not be required to provide the results of a PCR test at the border.

This information became known from the Representative Office for Tourism of the Republic of Croatia in Russia. Experts from Croatia stressed that Croatia recognized only “Sputnik V.” Tourists vaccinated with “EpiVacCorona,” “KoviVac” and “Sputnik Light” vaccines will have to provide the results of a PCR test done for a period no more than 72 hours or an antigen test no older than 48 hours until arrival at the crossing point. The same applies to tourists who have not been vaccinated or have not had coronavirus.

Croatia has introduced a maximum validity period for coronavirus documents. The COVID-19 vaccination certificate must be no older than 365 days from date of second dose. Certificates and documents must be in English, indicating full name of tourist and details of his foreign passport.
