Bus service between Russia and Finland was resumed on October 1, 2021.
Lux Express Group announced that there will be one daily departure in each direction.
Departure time for buses from St. Petersburg is 6.15, from Helsinki is 16.15.
Bus service has been suspended since March 2020 due to restrictions of the pandemic.
Lux Express resumed the route following after acceptance of visa exemptions by Finland.
The general director of Evrolines JSC (the Russian representative office of Lux Express Group), Wright Remmel said that he expects the buses to be filled with European passengers with relatives living in Russia.
From October 1, 2021, it became known that the Finnish visa centers have expanded the category of Russians who will receive Schengen visas.
