Austria lifted all restrictions on entry into country

Austria lifted all restrictions on the entry of foreign tourists from May 16. Country's tourism portal said that guests of country no longer need to present a vaccination certificate, a certificate of illness and a negative PCR test result.

Austrian authorities have lifted a number of restrictions since April 16. To visit public places, restaurants and museums you do not need to present vaccination certificate, certificate of illness and test. It remains mandatory to wear a mask in public transport, medical facilities and supermarkets.

There is no direct air communication between Russia and Austria. You can get to the capital Vienna by transit through Yerevan or Istanbul.
