Aeroflot resumed flights to India
The Russian airline Aeroflot posted information on its website that direct flights from Moscow to Delhi (India) have resumed since May 5. Airbus A330 will operate flights between the countries.
The carrier made the first flight on 5 May. First flight from Delhi to Moscow departed on May 6. Aeroflot plans to fly to India on Thursdays and Sundays, and back on Mondays and Fridays.
Tickets are sold on the airline's website. Flight to Delhi can be used as a connection on the way to Thailand; it will be cheaper than a route through Qatar or the UAE.
Vaccinated Russians as well as unvaccinated tourists with a PCR test can visit India. Quarantine is canceled, but new PCR tests will have to be done after expiration date of the first test to visit the country's attractions.
