La tarifa del complejo ha sido introducida en Rusia
The State Duma adopted in the second reading a draft law on the experimental introduction of a resort fee charged on the territories of the Crimea, Altai, Krasnodar and Stavropol Krai from May 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022.
According to the adopted bill, the fee for using the resort infrastructure will be charged to adults staying in a hotel or other accommodation facility for more than 24 hours. Recipients of the resort fee will be legal entities and individual entrepreneurs providing accommodation services. The bill will also define the benefit-entitled citizens exempted from paying the fee.
The resort fee will be charged for using health-related, sociocultural, sport and leisure facilities, including parks, urban forests, beaches and embankments, pedestrian zones and amenities. The received funds will be credited to the budget of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the territory of which the experiment is conducted and will be used to finance the construction, reconstruction and improvement of the resort infrastructure.
The amount, procedure and terms of payment of the resort fee will be established by the regional authorities. It is assumed that the amount of fee may vary depending on the season and term of the payer's stay in the accommodation facility; however, it won’t exceed 50 rubles per person per 24-hour stay in a hotel in 2018 and 100 rubles in the subsequent years of the experiment.
