Starting May 2 tourists will visit Switzerland under old visa rules adopted before pandemic. Website of the Swiss State Secretariat for Migration states that old entry rules will apply from May 2.
Swiss government is lifting restrictions on tourists from all countries. To enter country Russians will need a Schengen visa which was issued by consulate of one of countries of the Schengen agreement. There are no direct flights between Russia and Switzerland. Trip to country is possible with transfers.
In Switzerland relief measures were introduced from April 1. Authorities have canceled masks in public places and transport, vaccination certificates for visiting establishments and five-day quarantine for visitors.
