San Petersburgo se encuentra entre los 10 mejores destinos de Europa
St. Petersburg got in the seventh place in the top ten of the best destinations of Europe, according to the international travel search engine TripAdvisor, – informs the news agencies.
Rating was made by a vote of Travellers' Choice 2011 conducted among users of the site.
Besides of St. Petersburg in the ranking were the major European destinations. Paris took the first place, followed by Rome, London, Barcelona, Prague, and Venice. Istanbul closes the top ten of the cities.
In another ranking of the same portal –25 best destinations of the world – St. Petersburg took the 20th place, losing to Hong Kong, Kyoto and Jerusalem.
As the travel advisories, the portal also provides a list of 143 attractions that are worth a visit.
Among the recommended museums and monuments are Hermitage, Winter Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral and Catherine Palace.
