La reanudación de los vuelos entre Rusia y Cuba

Cuba will soon introduce Mir payment system cards into circulation, said Juan Carlos Escalona, Cuba's tourism adviser in Moscow.

Escalopa said that it is planned to resume direct flights between Cuba and Russia before the end of this year.

Russian airlines are not able to fly across, land, or depart in EU member countries due to ban on crossing EU airspace.

The Russian tour operator PEGAS Touristik announced restoration of charter flights to Cuba. Nordwind Airlines will act as a partner in joint flights from October 1, 2022.

Flights will be carried out on two routes: Moscow – Varadero and Moscow – Cayo Coco. Up to four flights a week are planned on both routes. The flight will last for a 13 hours on the way.
