Los extranjeros que participen en la construcción de las instalaciones de la Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2018 obtendrán un permiso de trabajo más fácil
The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree according to which the temporary residence permits will be issued to foreign citizens and stateless persons attracted to work on the FIFA World Cup 2018 facilities’ construction in accelerated and simplified manner.
The decree concerns processing of the following documents and permits: issuance of the temporary residence permit to foreign nationals, issuance of the permit to hire foreign employees, issuance of permits to work in Russia, processing of invitation letters needed to enter Russia.
According to the Russian News Agency TASS, the period of consideration of the documents required for the invitation of a foreign employee to Russia is now reduced to 15 days. The period of issuance of permission to hire foreign workers is also reduced up to 15 days.
Herewith, the list of workers and employers signed a contract for the FIFA World Cup 2018 facilities’ construction will be approved by the FSB (The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation) and then provided to the FMS (The Federal Migration Service).
The above-mentioned decree was signed in order to simplify and speed up the performance of a complex of works on creation of the necessary infrastructure for the FIFA World Cup 2018.
