Preparación de hoteles para recepción y alojamiento de invitados y participantes de la Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2018

According to the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Alla Manilova, the construction and preparation of future accommodation areas for guests and participants of the 2018 FIFA World Cup are on a scheduled basis now.

“The Ministry of Culture coordinates the mandatory classification of hotels which will accommodate guests and participants of the championship. Every week we receive data on how many hotels have passed this mandatory classification from all the cities hosting the 2018 FIFA World Cup”, – Manilova said.

Thus, within the framework of hospitality facilities’ preparation for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Sverdlovsk Region held training events for heads and specialists of hotels as well as managers of public catering establishments ready to receive guests of the sporting event. During this event, the experts discussed standards of purity, sanitary regulations and requirements for hotels and their staff, as well as classified hotels.

The Deputy Minister of Culture Alla Manilova stressed the fact that none guest or participant of the championship will be accommodated in hotels that have not been classified or where a tourist or fan can be deceived.

“We have a very strict control. The construction is conducted in all regions hosting the 2018 FIFA World Cup, we have no worries about accommodation”, – Alla Manilova added.
