Medvedev anunció la necesidad de simplificar la entrada a Rusia para especialistas extranjeros

October 24 at a meeting on the development of the international financial center in Russia, Dmitry Medvedev announced the need to simplify the entry of highly qualified foreign specialists to Russia.

“We need to proceed in the direction of simplification of the entry of the foreigners into our country. Especially for those professionals who come to us from other countries to work as highly qualified specialists. Naturally, those who come to teach in high schools, to participate in research projects and who go through the scientific, cultural and medical organizations. In general, all these fields need to move forward”, – said the Prime Minister for the TV channel “NTV”.

According to Medvedev, the simplified system of application and registration for these specialists will contribute to the development of the business environment and investment climate in Russia.

Among other measures to attract foreign specialists to Russia, Medvedev called for creating a comfortable living environment, in particular, the development of business and social infrastructure.
