Ley sobre el sistema de comprobantes electrónicos en Rusia

The head of the Federal Tourism Agency, Zarina Doguzova informed that tour operators began to connect to system of e-vouchers in test mode from September 1. The Russian law on e-vouchers system came into force on 1 September. Tour operators can voluntarily enter travel data into the system with technical feasibility. The test period for outbound tourism tour operators will last six months until March 1, 2023, and test period for domestic tourism – until September 1, 2023. Several market participants inform that system is not technically ready, there are no instructions, no access and no integration. Rostourism plans to hold free webinars on use of e-voucher system. The launch will show transparency of market, ensure protection of tourists’ rights and export of tourists in emergency situations. Tour operator will break law if it does not transfer information from contract with tourists to unified information system and sells travel vouchers without creating of e-voucher. This will serve as basis for its exclusion from unified federal register.
