Se inauguró el Centro de alojamiento de aficionados en Moscú
According to the information posted last Friday on the Moscow Mayor's official website, a specialized Center for the accommodation of tourists and fans of the 2018 FIFA World Cup was opened in the capital. The center provides information on the availability of rooms in Moscow hotels and helps to find and book suitable accommodation for the duration of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
“In the capital, tourists usually have no problems with accommodation in hotels; however, the number of people wishing to come to Moscow for the World Cup this summer has sharply risen as expected. Most hotels, especially situated in the city center, are already fully booked for this period, but there are still available hotels and hostels located a little farther from the center that have passed the classification and proved the quality of their services. We assist fans in booking rooms and help hotels to find customers,” explained Nikolai Gulyayev, the head of the Moscow Department of Sport and Tourism.
To find and book an accommodation, citizens of foreign countries should contact the tourist call center at numbers +7 (800) 302-31-12 and +7 (800) 350-51-12. For citizens staying on the territory of Russia, a free call is available at +7 (495) 587-71-12. The center operators speak Russian, English, French, German and Chinese. When placing an application, the user must provide the operator with the phone number or e-mail address which will be used for further communication with representatives of the selected hotel.
The fan accommodation center has a special database which includes over six thousand hotel rooms and allows tourists and football fans to choose the most suitable accommodations in the capital. In the future, it is planned to extend the database by including hotels of the Moscow region.
