The Federal Air Transport Agency held a regular meeting of interdepartmental commission on admission of carriers to international flights.

In message of the Federal Air Transport Agency, it is noted that admissions are distributed to closed directions in Europe, as well as to international flights from Russian cities abroad.

Permits have been issued for flights to the following cities in the UAE. Thus, Rossiya Airlines is allowed to fly to Sharjah from the following cities: Perm, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don. In addition, airline acquired right to operate flights to Dubai from Kazan, Samara and Ufa. Pobeda is allowed to fly to Dubai 14 times a week, Ural Airlines — 7 times a week.

Rosaviatsiya noted that decision to issue permits is not decision to resume international flights. Admission is airline's right, which it can use when restoring international flights.

Routes to Italy have been reduced, this list is as follows: S7 Airlines can fly to Naples 2 times a week, to Bologna, Rimini, Venice — 1 time per week, Pobeda is allowed to fly to Bologna — 14 times a week, in Rimini — 7 times a week, in Bergamo — 21 times a week, Genoa — 4 times a week, in Treviso — 3 times a week, in Palermo — 4 times a week, in Trieste — 5 times a week.
