October 20, 2013 came into force the agreement between Russia and Bosnia and Herzegovina on the facilitation of the visa regime, signed on May 31 of this year.

As the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State Zlatko Lagumdžija pointed out in his statement, this agreement will contribute to the active development of tourism between the two countries, – reports the agency RIA Novosti.

“The new agreement, which in essence means the introduction of a visa-free regime, is another step in the development of friendly relations”, – quotes the agency the minister`s words.

According to the rules in force, the citizens of the two countries have the right to visa-free entry into the country with the usual travel document for up to 30 days, no more than once every 60 days from the first trip.
