As it became known on Thursday, shortly before the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the Central Suburban Passenger Company (CSPC) prepared audio guides in English for 11 routes.

According to the press secretary of the Central Suburban Passenger Company Sofia Popova, passengers will be able to listen to three audio tours in English: Golitsyno-Zakharovo, Vladimir: on the road and on a walk, Kolomna: on the road and on a walk. As emphasized, the new audio guides in English will be useful for those who go to Ryazan, Kaluga, Alexandrov, Sergiev Posad, Serpukhov, Zvenigorod, New Jerusalem, Ozherelye, Orekhovo-Zuevo, Dmitrov and Kolomna. All audio guides of the company are available in a special section of the CSPC tourist portal.

Sofia Popova stressed that the company creates all conditions to help foreign visitors who come to the World Cup to get acquainted with the history and culture of the Moscow region and neighboring regions. “Traveling by rail is fast and convenient. In just a couple of hours, comfortable electric trains will bring tourists to Dmitrov, Kolomna, Ryazan, Tula, Kaluga and other cities where dozens of museums, estates, monasteries and natural complexes are located,” she said.

The head of the Federal Agency for Tourism Oleg Safonov added that suburban railway travel with audio guides is an attractive proposal that can be in high demand.

It should be recalled that the 2018 FIFA World Cup will be held from June 14 to July 15, 2018 in 11 cities of Russia which will host the world championship for the first time in its history.
