Service-hoert man oft in Russland aber oft verbirgt sich dahinter nichts ausser leeren Versprechungen. Service wird bei Visahouse ernst genommen-mit deutscher Gruendlichkeit und Zuverlaessigkeit.Ich wurde noch nie enttaeuscht,auch bei Problemen wie gestohlener Pass etc.Nicht ganz billig aber das Geld wert.
