Visa for Highly Qualified Specialists is a new, more simple type of Work Visa, that:
- presuppose a salary (remuneration) of more than two million rubles per year by foreigner with experience, skills or achievements in a particular area of activity;
- allows to get a multiple-entry visa once for up to three years and renew it without leaving Russia;
- does not require the Employer to obtain quotas, request from employment center, as well as to receive Permission to hire foreign workers;
- does not require a foreigner to make analysis to receive Medical Certificate, instead a voluntary medical insurance is sufficient;
- allows a foreigner to get a residence permit for himself and his family members.
Foreigners can receive Russian visas only in their own country. To receive the visa in the third country one will have to present residence or work permit in this country. Citizens of the Schengen space can receive visas in any country of the Schengen space.
Visa Invitation: work visa invitation (multiple-entry for three years, purpose – “employment”), issued on the basis of work permit by Federal Migration Service (FMS) of Russia on application of Russian organizations, accredited in FMS.
