Note:
-
If you are traveling with your close relatives, they can receive a “Family member” visa, which is issued based on your Visa Invitation and visa.
-
There are other types of visas, which are intended for special cases and are of no general interest.
Important: In many cases, the Visa Invitation submitted to the Russian Consulate or the Consular Department of the Russian Embassy must be an original, a copy will not be accepted. Therefore, take into account additional time and costs required to receive the original Visa Invitation.
When choosing your intermediary.
We recommend that you consider not only the cost. It is important that the company you choose as a Visa Sponsor:
- has an office in Russia with a publicly registered address and phone number;
- has accreditation at the local department of Administration of Federal Migration Service (AFMS) of Russia in Moscow;
- will register your visa and help with unexpected situations that may arise;
- has worked several years with Russian visas and can offer additional services.
