Moscow Radisson Royal Hotel, former hotel “Ukraine”, won first prize in the main event of the tourism industry – World Travel Awards 2010 and became the best Russian hotel in the category “Lux”.
As the Director of the hotel Wolfgang Nitschke has noted: “For us, luxury means attention to every detail, fulfillment of all our promises to guests, prediction of their every desire. This, above all, is the general impression, ambience of the hotel, and we are proud that our efforts have won such an award”.
Hotel “Ukraine” at the time of construction was considered the highest European hotel. It was one of the “Seven sisters” skyscrapers built in the fifties of last century. The hotel is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Moscow – on Kutuzov Avenue.
World Travel Awards was established in 1993. And today it is considered the highest award in the field of tourism.
